Paid Media Manager - Remote - 6-12 months contract

Mainz Brady group is recruiting for a Paid Media Manager , driving acquisition and revenue growth through SEM and paid social. You'll own strategy, execution, and optimization - helping hundreds of thousands of users reclaim time for what matters most.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google, Bing, and social platforms.
• Manage budgets, bids, and creative to maximize ROAS and efficiency.
• Analyze and forecast performance, running lift studies to prove incremental impact.
• Continuously A / B test copy, creative, and targeting to drive results.
• Manage GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking infrastructure.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product marketing teams.

What You'll Bring

Bonus : Experience in productivity or AI SaaS, CRO, or emerging channels like CTV and programmatic.
