We specialize in cable, fiber, and utility installations and are proud to serve our communities with safe and efficient directional drilling services. We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled HDD Locator who can operate confidently in fast-paced field environments. Responsibilities Accurately locate and track the bore head for horizontal directional drilling (HDD) operations Read and interpret blueprints, utility maps, and job specifications Maintain clear communication with the drill operator during bore operations Mark utilities and monitor depth, pitch, and direction to ensure safe drilling Document bore paths and keep accurate daily records Comply with all company safety policies and DOT regulations Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as an HDD Locator (Subsite, DigiTrak, or similar equipment) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and utility locates Must pass a DOT physical Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Strong communication skills and attention to detail Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Employment Type : Full Time Salary : $22 - $32 Hourly Bonus / Commission : No
