As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Today our MCN, 'Fire MCN' gets an average of 30 million views per day and includes the YouTube channels; PrestonYT, BriannaYT, PrestonPlayz, BriannaPlayz, PrestonReacts , BriannaReacts, Keeley, and Daisy and Poppy.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a creatively driven Ideation Strategist to join our Strategy team and help shape the future of our YouTube content across a growing network of channels.

This role is all about generating video concepts - titles, thumbnail ideas, and brief gists - that grab attention and set our videos up for success. You'll collaborate closely with writers, talent, and channel leads to bring ideas to life, using a mix of research, trend awareness, and pure creative energy.

If you love brainstorming unique hooks, experimenting with new approaches, and helping creators tell better stories, this role was made for you.

What You'll Do

• Generate creative, high-performing video concepts (titles, thumbnails, and short gists) as the first step in the ideation process.
• Pitch compelling ideas to writers and channel leads.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms and present insights to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure every concept aligns with the brand's voice and audience goals.
• Partner with the strategy team to shape content development playbooks and iterate on what works.
