Summary
Genesis10 is currently seeking an AI Community Manager with our client in the utilities industry. This is a 6+ month contract position and can be fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain Copilot Champion and AI Ambassador networks.
- Capture and share success stories (hero stories) through posts, demos, and internal events.
- Create compelling content (articles, hero stories, short videos, training sessions, newsletters).
- Coach leaders and champions to activate AI adoption within their teams.
- Moderate community forums, respond to feedback, and surface emerging needs.
- Organize demo series, hackathons, and community showcases.
- Track adoption barriers and elevate issues to program leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics and coordination of AI community events and training.Develop and curate content, including hero stories and internal communications.Support leadership activation programs and AI maturity initiatives.Engage with AI ambassadors and manage feedback loops.Utilize tools like SharePoint for content publishing and internal communications.Propose new engagement strategies with creativity and initiative.Preferred Qualifications
Strong project management and organizational skills.Experience in content development and internal communications.AI-curious and enthusiastic; deep technical expertise not required.Ability to manage ambiguity and drive initiatives independently.Background in community engagement, marketing, or communications is beneficial.Compensation
$80 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.
