BASIC FUNCTION
The AT & Financial Center Manager (FCM) is generally more experienced and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, the internal sales process and customer experience. They are responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and that the branch staff practices sound risk management.
This position is responsible for providing required reporting related to operations and control and adherence to income, expense, and budgetary guidelines and standards. This position is also responsible for security of equipment and premises, financial controls, collections and loss handling, as well as daily opening and closing procedures. In addition, the incumbent may supplement platform sales and service responsibilities as required.
The AT & FCM is also responsible for the coaching, performance management and talent management of direct reports.
Approximately 50% of the AT & FCMs’ time is spent in the branch managing, observing, coaching and driving the internal sales and operational processes of the branch. Approximately 50% of their time is spent outside the branch developing business and participating in community / business related activities / events.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages and owns all facets of day-to-day branch operations
- Manages and owns the successful execution of the internal sales process by all staff to drive results
- Ensures all staff are providing an extraordinary customer experience by executing Spencer’s customer service behaviors
- Ensures all staff are operating proficiently with regards to branch operations, policies and procedures and compliance.
- Actively participates in in local community and business events to help get the bank’s brand out in the market
- Assists the VP Market Manager in creating the annual business plan for their financial center
- Creates, with the support of the Assistant Financial Center Manager, a monthly branch sales tactical plan to ensure branch sales goals are being met
- Ensure the branch meets and exceeds corporate audit and compliance audit expectations
- Participates in outside business development activities
- Responsible for managing branch profitability
- Responsible for ensuring the coaching & employee development process is conducted consistently on a monthly basis.
- Responsible performance management and talent management
- Handles scheduling to effectively meet branch productivity and efficiency standards
- Performs and reviews branch audits
- May perform other duties as requested
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises Assistant Financial Center Manager & Financial Center Relationship Representative and indirectly supervises Financial Center Service RepresentativesSKILLS

Salary Range : 78,468-124,007 annually
