Summary
Our client is a highly successful, well-known, and extremely sought-after commercial construction general contractor. They are in immediate need of a Senior Superintendent to lead complex public works and commercial construction projects in Pleasanton, CA , and surrounding areas. This role demands a strong foundation in steel and concrete construction, structural building, and intricate systems like MEP, HVAC, and utilities. You will be responsible for leading challenging projects valued between $50M-$100M , including public works, educational facilities, and community-focused developments. Be the on-site expert managing all phases of construction, from steel and concrete foundations to final finishes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the integration of MEP, HVAC, and utility systems into complex builds.
- Ensuring safety and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reviewing digital blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitoring project schedules, establishing critical paths, and maintaining progress.
- Leading subcontractor coordination meetings to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Building trust with owners, architects, and design teams through regular communication.
- Providing detailed daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience with Procore , Microsoft Office , and MS Project .
OSHA 30 certification required.
