Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care. Providing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and delivering education and nursing interventions. Serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred). A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
