Our Network Operations team engineers and manages an advanced infrastructure that offers a full range of state-of-the-art residential and business services including Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice. Through sophisticated innovations and service reliability, we ensure our customers never miss a second of what matters most.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Network Engineer on the Network Operations team, youll assist in the planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of resource requirements for network systems of varying complexity. Youll learn the ins and outs of our core technology such as Video, TV, and Voice and understand multiple platforms as you troubleshoot issues across the network. WHAT OUR NETWORK ENGINEERS ENJOY MOST

• Integrating communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links and protocols into complete network configurations.
• Evaluating new products, and performing network problem resolution.
• Assisting in the development and documentation of technical standards and implementing approved methods of procedure.
• Contributing in designing corporate standards and developing network enhancements.
• Working on projects / systems / issues of varying complexity surrounding network planning, configuration and optimization.
• Having hands on involvement in network planning, network architecture design and engineering.

Days are fast-paced, and a learning mindset is essential in Network Operations.
