We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Black Desert Resort location in Ivins, UT. This Operations Supervisor will assist and advise assigned Hotel Technicians in their day-to-day operations, to ensure that all levels of service and standards of operations are met and exceeded in the perception of our clients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Hotel Technicians are positively interacting with Hotel Staff to maximize effectiveness of sales and service.
• Monitor training of all Hotel Technicians including but not limited to : appearance, technical skills, sales, customer service, maintenance of equipment, safety, relationship building and customer complaints.
• Schedule staff weekly
• Inventory control
• Interface with operational departments
• Assist with hiring, training and coaching Hotel Technicians as required
• Will on occasion drive a 16’ box truck for the transport of equipment to offsite storage
• Provide directorship training for each staff technician
• Maintain high visibility within assigned location
• Other duties as assigned
• Flexible with work schedule
