What You’ll Do Recruiting & Talent Development
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles — from field crews to management and administrative support.
- Partner with the COO and leadership team to define roles, write scorecards, and hire top-tier talent that fits PRC’s culture.
- Build recruiting systems, pipelines, and processes that scale with company growth.
- Lead onboarding, orientation, and training programs that make new hires feel welcomed and prepared to succeed.
Human Resources & Culture
Oversee all HR functions including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, performance reviews, and compliance.Maintain employee handbooks, HR policies, and documentation.Support a healthy, motivated, and accountable culture built on transparency and teamwork.Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management alike — a bridge between the people and leadership.Subcontractor & Workforce Management
Recruit, vet, and maintain an ongoing network of subcontractors across roofing, windows & doors, storefronts, and concrete restoration.Keep a current and organized list of active and backup subcontractors with insurance, W-9s, and compliance documentation.Build and manage relationships with outside trades (landscapers, painters, drywall, etc.) for final finishes and after-job completion work.Deploy subcontractors efficiently based on skill, availability, and past performance to ensure jobs stay on schedule and under budget.What You Bring
4+ years of experience in recruiting or HR (construction, trades, or skilled labor preferred).A strong understanding of people, compliance, and communication.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.Hands-on experience with hiring platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and HR tools (HubSpot, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).A positive, growth-focused attitude — someone who sees problems as opportunities to improve systems and strengthen teams.What You’ll Get
