The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead Retail Rebel’s end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring that product flows seamlessly from inbound transportation to final distribution in stores. This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for three distribution centers (Kansas City, Douglasville, GA, and Newton, NC), process optimization, ERP integration, and supporting new store rollouts.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with proven success in multi-site distribution leadership, ERP implementation, and cost optimization — and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Salary : $180,000 to $200,000 Per Year, Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities :
As Vice President of the Supply Chain, your day-to-day duties may include and are not limited to the following :
- Direct all inbound transportation, receiving, processing, and distribution to stores.
- Lead operations across all three distribution centers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Oversee supply chain planning and execution for new store openings.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Serve as executive owner of supply chain operations in ERP rollout and adoption.
- Manage and optimize all supply chain expenses, including freight, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and accountability.
- Build and lead high-performing supply chain and distribution teams across all locations.
Requirements :
Proven expertise in ERP system implementation and adoption.Strong track record of process efficiency improvements and cost savings.Financial acumen with experience managing large operational budgets.Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Based in Kansas City, MO or willing to relocate.25% travel is required and may increase with new store openings or major system rollouts.Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field.10+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain, distribution, or operations.APICS, CSCP, Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification preferred.Why Join Retail Rebel?
