Job Title : Experienced Welder

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Pay : Based on experience

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder with a strong background in various welding techniques. This position requires hands-on experience with multiple processes, including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, and / or Flux Core methods depending on project needs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools
  • Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and durability
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
  • Assist with fabrication, repair, and assembly tasks as needed

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of welding experience preferred
  • Proficiency in multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
  • Welding certifications a plus, but not required
