Summary : Building upon the skills required for a Production Specialist I, the Production Specialist II will lead work centers and complete more advanced tasks contributing to the efficiency and productivity of various production teams. This position requires a higher level of operational proficiency and the ability to handle a wider range of tasks within the production department.
Responsibilities
- Ensures performance and quality standards are consistently met, contributing to the production of top-quality signage, magnetic products, and printed products.
- Adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures for handling and processing orders, contributing ideas for process improvement.
- Exercises judgment in prioritizing work center tasks and reallocating resources to meet deadlines.
- Takes an active role in coordinating small work center teams, prioritizing workloads and guiding Level I Production Specialists during the production of products.
- Acts as a liaison between production team members, fostering communication and collaboration to meet production targets.
- Maintains a proactive approach to inventory management and communicates supply needs effectively.
- Assists in training and guiding Level I Production Specialists in work center operations and production processes.
- Handles complex production tasks and assists in troubleshooting issues under the guidance of the Large Format and Small Format Production Managers.
- Ensures products are prepared and shipped on time, maintaining high performance and quality standards.
