Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Monitors emails to ensure timely processing of commercial credit information for new and existing borrowers
Reviews new commercial loan reports, creates financial and other loan document tracking, and refile financial data electronically
Creates credit files for all new clients in electronic filing system
Monitors various reports and documentation (e.g., Accounts Receivable Aging, Inventory Listings, and / or Borrowing Base Certificates), imports electronic files to Synergy, and updates appropriate tracking in credit software
Prepares and distributes all request letters through electronic or traditional formats
Prepares client relationship summary reports for Commercial Loan Officers and / or to support loan approvals
Creates monthly and quarterly Credit Department reporting for distribution to Senior Management
Fields incoming calls to the department, addressing initial client inquiries
Maintains compliance with bank policies, procedures, and legal regulations
Backs up the Appraisal Specialist as needed
Prepares credit references as requested

Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least one (1) year of banking experience preferred, including knowledge of Fiserv DNA System
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and most importantly Excel
Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems as required to support bank growth and expansion of services
Ability to build and maintain relationships; team player with exceptional customer-service skills
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
Must be willing and able to report to Headquarters in Tewksbury five days a week
