Job Description
You will oversee and coordinate warehouse activities related to incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring a smooth flow of raw materials to production lines. You will verify and maintain shipment records, manage team members handling materials for storage or shipment, and oversee the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies and equipment. You will also schedule work for special and periodic inventories, determine procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow. You will report to the Warehouse Manager in the Marshall, MO Conagra plant.
How Will You Affect our Business?
Coordinate warehouse operations to support production and shipping / receiving needs.
Ensure timely loading, unloading, and scheduling of materials to meet plant and corporate goals.
Oversee inventory accuracy, rotation programs, and audits for obsolete product.
Maintain safe work practices by monitoring equipment, submitting repair requests, and enforcing safety and GMP standards.
Train employees on safety procedures including forklift, hand jack, and trailer operations.
Lead and motivate warehouse staff, recognizing performance and addressing issues.
Drive cost-reduction efforts through labor management, damage control, and process improvements.
Do You Have What It Takes?
2+ years of supervisory experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety
Ability to work weekends and / or flexible shifts
Excellent PC skills, including Windows, Word, Excel and SAP.
Bonus skills you might have :
Previous experience in a food-processing, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss.
Knowledge of GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Previous food industry experience

This role involves regular communication, standing, and walking, with occasional sitting, material handling, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. You may need to lift up to 50 pounds and work in environments with noise or temperature changes. Specific vision abilities may be required. Compensation :
Pay Range : $63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to : location, relevant experience / level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
