Position Summary

The Director of Strategic Finance will play a critical leadership role in driving financial strategy, with a focus on M&A activity and new store development. This position will oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and long-term planning to support profitable growth and organizational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

M&A Strategy :

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and quality of earnings for acquisitions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic fit and risks of potential transactions.
• Support negotiations and monitor post-acquisition performance against underwriting.

$130,000 – $140,000 annually

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer, as well as occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally in support of office and equipment needs.
