About the Role
Mendota Health is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Director of Clinical Services to support our mobile wound care teams. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this role plays a key part in mentoring APPs, fostering clinical excellence, and driving strategic priorities in a rapidly growing, tech-enabled healthcare environment.
Youll build community, uphold our quality standards, and ensure our Advanced Practice Providers deliver high-quality care that transforms livesacross all our markets.
Leadership & Support
- Supervise and support APPs, Community Engagement Directors (CEDs), and Patient Access Representatives (PARs)
- Build a positive, collaborative, and accountable clinical culture
- Conduct regular 1 : 1s and performance evaluations with APPs
- Collaborate with operational leadership and Medical Director
Clinical Quality & Training
Champion adherence to Mendota Health clinical standardsProvide in-person and remote clinical training, including onboarding for new hiresMonitor clinical documentation, conduct audits, and offer coachingIdentify and address knowledge gaps and barriers to advanced treatmentStrategic Execution
Lead or contribute to clinical meetings, case reviews, and cross-functional initiativesHelp develop and enforce clinical policies and reporting metricsParticipate in clinical duties up to 25% of the timeRequired Qualifications
Must reside in MinnesotaBoard Certified / Prepared (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)Graduate of an accredited APP programActive, unrestricted NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)DEA licensure / prescriptive authority (as needed)3+ years clinical experience (wound care required)3-5 years clinical leadership experience preferredExperience in a mobile / multisite or startup environment is a plusYou Excel At
