Transportation Supervisor

Location : Brooklyn Park, MN

Salary : $65,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description : One of our clients is currently seeking a Transportation Supervisor for their facility located just outside Minneapolis, MN.

They are a fast-paced food distribution company seeking a reliable and experienced Transportation Supervisor to oversee our third-shift operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team of dedicated drivers and support staff.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise third-shift transportation operations, including dispatching, routing, and driver coordination
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Monitor fleet performance and resolve operational issues quickly
• Lead and develop a team of drivers, providing training and performance feedback
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate records of routes, incidents, and performance metrics
