Summary :
Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of an organization's computer systems, mobile device management, networks (LAN / WAN), and servers. Collaborate with or escalate issues to vendors and subject matter experts as needed. Monitors systems to ensure configurations, performance, resources, and security of the systems meet user needs. Maintains and supports computer hardware and software, and diagnoses issues when necessary. Ensures security measures are effective, including backup and disaster recovery.
This is an on-site position only. The employee must be able to be onsite to respond to issues within the timeline outlined in the IT Service Level Expectations policy.

Responsibilities :
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Assists with design, implement, and maintain server and desktop infrastructure. This includes performing regular operating system patches and upgrades, managing administrative tools, and monitoring systems and applications to ensure integrity and availability.
2. Assists with the implementation and maintenance of security for information systems. Responsibilities include protecting software from intrusion, managing user access accounts, and monitoring for hacking incidents to prevent data loss or system alteration.
3. Creates, supports, and maintains information system integrations, always looking for process efficiencies and automation opportunities to ensure cost-effectiveness. This involves analyzing client systems and infrastructure for compatibility and adherence to connectivity standards.
4. Assists with installation, maintenance, and support of local and wide area networks (LANs / WANs). Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of voice and data networks. This involves setting up new equipment, troubleshooting outages, and coordinating with vendors and service providers for telephony, internet, and fax services.
5. Compliant with storage management practices. This includes developing backup and archival procedures, monitoring storage use, and resolving system outages quickly by collecting diagnostic data and coordinating with appropriate IT staff or vendors.
6. Assist in management of desktop services enterprise-wide, including troubleshooting and problem resolution for devices like desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. This also includes the maintenance of remote control, software distribution, and virus protection services.
7. Installs, tests, and supports a variety of hardware and software systems. This includes tasks such as performing daily system monitoring, verifying backups, and resolving issues that arise.
8. Assist with technical issues related to telehealth devices, including installation, troubleshooting, and resolving stakeholder issues.
9. Establishes network connections by running, pulling, terminating, and splicing cables. This includes documenting network configurations, testing and certifying cabling, and ensuring all work follows safety codes, standards, and legal regulations.
10. Maintains up-to-date job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
Hours will be dependent on patient census and workload. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, to include after-hours and weekends as necessary.

EDUCATION (Minimum Requirements for Position)
Associate's degree preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :
Current, valid driver's license issued in the state of legal residence required.
Operate FRHS owned vehicles required.
Previous Experience Requirements :
EXPERIENCE :
Previous experience with supporting and managing IT infrastructure required.
Combination of two years of education and experience in position or field required.
Skills / Knowledge Requirements :
SKILLS (If Applicable) :
Language Skills - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language required.
KNOWLEDGE (If Applicable) :
Microsoft : MS O365; MS Intune; Active Directory; MS Server; MS SQL; SQL Server, MS Teams, SharePoint required.
Backup Systems and Network / Cloud Storage preferred.
LAN / WAN, Wireless Network, and VPN Management Tools preferred.
Network topology, Ethernet, and Wireless Networking preferred.
Antivirus Administration preferred.
Omnissa Virtual Desktops and Server preferred.
Other Certifications / Requirements :
Your own personal smart phone (Faith Regional mobile apps, as well as consent to receive messages by SMS / MMS on personal phone, may be necessary to perform the functions of this position) required.
Either possess or obtain Panduit cable certification within 6 months of hire required.
