JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Operate newer equipment to custom apply fertilizer and chemicals for our customer base.
  • Coordinate with sales staff to develop application / delivery schedules to growers.
  • Provide assistance with monthly inventory control of seed, chemical and fertilizer.
  • Comply with all safety, government and environment regulations that apply.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs on all equipment : trucks, application equipment, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service to growers.
  • Other work-related duties as assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma of general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years of agronomy operations experience, including operating a sprayer and spreader.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Valid CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL.
  • Valid Commercial Applicators License.
