Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with 3 years in a leadership role

Deep expertise in ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic platforms

Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams

Experience in designing and implementing yield strategies and operational best practices

Ability to analyze complex data and influence business strategy
