A company is looking for an Account Manager - Insurance & Employee Benefits Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary contact for internal teams supporting insurance and benefits partnerships
Engage with brokers and agents to enhance partnership performance and support training initiatives
Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while identifying and resolving roadblocks
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client success in P&C insurance or benefits distribution
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams including marketing and sales
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel / Sheets, CRM systems, and project management tools
