Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Room patients, take vitals, and document medical history accurately in the EMR.

Prepare exam rooms, clean instruments, and ensure all equipment meets safety and sanitation standards.

Assist physicians during procedures, including numbing patients and providing in-room support.

Deliver a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience throughout each visit.

Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.

Support front desk operations as needed, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering calls.

Handle payments, documentation, and daily clinic operations with accuracy and professionalism.

Order and maintain medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.

Occasionally cover nearby clinic locations (mileage reimbursement provided).

Qualifications

Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or CCMA) certification required.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities, including front desk training.
