Preferred : Industry Certifications attained from one or more primary technology vendors; e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, Vmware, Citrix, EMC, IBM, or credential from one or more industry credentialing vendors e.g. CompTia, etc.

Responsibilities

Works under direct supervision of senior staff to implement and maintain the network components of new strategic, enterprise-wide data systems. Serve as liaison to the direct support staff to facilitate resolution of enterprise system issues. Under supervision, assists in resolution of issues. Under direct supervision, assists in the testing and integration of new enterprise software. Under direct supervision, assists in installing and updating other software and hardware. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining their technical proficiency. This position will be required to serve in an on-call rotation.
