What you’ll be doing : Developing shaders, materials, and tools to support stylised visuals and combat effects
Building pipelines that ensure efficient integration of assets across multiple disciplines
Optimising art and VFX assets for performance within Unreal Engine 5
Supporting animation, environment, and VFX teams with technical problem-solving
Profiling and debugging rendering and performance issues to maintain smooth gameplay
What we're looking for : 2+ years of professional experience as a technical artist in games
Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine 5 (Materials, Niagara, Blueprints)
Proven experience creating shaders and optimising art pipelines
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Bonus : Familiarity with Python scripting or rigging workflows
Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to development
