Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Control Systems, Electrical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or a related field (required)
- 2–5 years of experience in designing and installing SCADA / control systems for water / wastewater utility sector, with strong knowledge of SCADA architecture and cybersecurity principles
- Project coordination or management experience (minimum 2 years), with familiarity in tools like PPM Pro, MS Project, and Microsoft Office 365
- Technical proficiency in SCADA platforms such as GE iFix, Wonderware System Platform, or GeoSCADA Expert, plus foundational knowledge of networking, Microsoft Server, and Active Directory
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams; utility industry experience is a plus.

One of Insight Global's utilities clients is looking for a SCADA Project Engineer II to join their growing team in Bryn Mawr, PA. This role is 5 days a week onsite with future remote flexibility.Key Responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT components across OT / SCADA projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectationsEnsure compliance with IT PMO processes and Corporate Engineering standards, supporting project teams in documentation, methodologies, and governanceDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including system requirements, functional specs, financial constraints, and resource allocationsMonitor and report on program performance, tracking schedules, risks, budgets, and quality metrics through regular updates and status meetingsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, SCADA, operations, and business teams to deliver impactful, reliable, and efficient solutions.
