Job Summary :

The Warehouse Supervisor position with oversee stockroom and shipping activities and personnel both hourly and salaried.  From picking production orders and aftermarket orders to packing and shipping and logistics, the warehouse supervisor will oversee goods movements, transactional discipline and inventory accuracy.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Assists with hiring and training of team members.
• Oversees the daily workflow; oversees scheduling and assignments of the assigned team.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
