Corporate Legal Assistant

Our customer,

a national post-acute health care provider

, is seeking a

Corporate Legal Assistant

to join its team. You will perform various duties related to corporate and legal matters, including dealing with confidential matters and performing supervisory duties regarding administrative assistant personnel as applicable.

3-6 months (Contract to hire)

Dallas, Texas

Weekly

20-30 hours per week

Required Knowledge, Skills &

Bachelors or similar degree

3+ years as a Corporate Paralegal or Legal Assistant

Solid experience working with Public Companies

Must have a desire to work in person / hybrid in Dallas

Nice to

Healthcare experience

Experience with 3rd party vendors
