Mahaska is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team in a Warehouse / Recycling role.
This position plays a key part in ensuring the proper sorting and disposal of all recyclable materials returned to the warehouse.

Job Requirements :
- Strong communication skills Reliable and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently.
- Forklift experience preferred, not required.
Basic math skills Job Duties :
Responsible for the recycling room and related equipment.Responsible for unloading and verifying any returns from delivery trucks.Responsible for processing all glass, cans, pet, and cardboard returns.Responsible for the area outside of the recycling room and the east side area outside of the plant.Responsible for notifying when the recycling trailers / dumpster will be ready for pickup Responsible for monitoring the inventory level of Gaylord boxes / recyclable materials.Responsible for monitoring the east recycling / check-in gate.Responsible for scrubbing warehouse floors and cleaning out the scrubber.Responsible for dumping all garbage containers in the warehouse.Responsible for repacking cans from damaged cases per the warehouse manager.Responsible for picking / building pallets, along with helping to unload trucks when needed.Responsible for restocking when needed, ensuring accuracy with the rotation of product.Report to the Warehouse Manager each day for any additional work information required for that particular day, after recycling responsibilities are finished.Excellent benefits and company perks!!Our benefits packet includes :
