Job Title : Field Engineer

Location : Oakland, CA

Salary : $65,000 - $100,000

My client is a leading contractor based in Oakland, who have an opening for a field engineer. They specialize in industrial construction, wastewater facilities, HVAC, metal fabrication, and more. Responsibilities

• Review and transmit all submittals, and write request for materials and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate materials and equipment with vendors.
• Review project drawings and specifications to determine priorities, needs, compliance, and more.
• Provide feedback to superintendent, and foremen regarding coordinating of work and procurement.
• Collaborate with project managers, and other parties to ensure work complies with contractual agreements and quality.
• Provide and maintain quantity tracking for cost reports.
• Take and keep progress photos.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
