Job Summary

• ? Fuel the Flow Behind the Bar!

As a Bar Back, you will support bartenders by maintaining stock, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar area is clean, organized, and fully supplied. Your work will keep service moving smoothly and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling

Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service in Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities :

Stock bar with liquor, mixers, glassware, and supplies

Prepare garnishes and assist with drink setup

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and storage areas

Support bartenders during high-volume service periods

Remove trash, restock ice, and ensure bar readiness at all times

Follow all sanitation and alcohol service guidelines
