- Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.\n
Monitor project progress, address potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.\n
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.\n
Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation to track milestones and deliverables.\n
Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.\n
Collaborate with design teams, owners, and subcontractors to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.\n
Manage bid schedules, RFI processes, and ensure competitive coverage across all trades.\n
Support project handoff to field teams and assist with change orders as projects progress\n
Manage procurement of materials and resources required for project execution.\n
Evaluate project performance and provide feedback to improve future processes.\n \n

A successful Project Manager should have : \n
\n
5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on retail and / or tenant improvement projects.\n
Strong knowledge of estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, OST, Procore, etc.).\n
Proven ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n
Proven track-record of working as a PM and Estimator for TI / Renovation Projects\n
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.\n
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders.\n
Proficiency in project management software and tools.\n
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.\n
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.\n
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.\n \n
