MNTN is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our revenue engine end-to-end. We're looking for a driven, accomplished leader with a proven track record of scaling high-performing global sales organizations. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do

• Inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales culture that reflects MNTN's vision and mission.
• Scale a strong but lean team into a repeatable, high-output revenue engine.
• Lead from the frontjump into deals, coach reps in real time, and sharpen sales messaging.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align revenue growth.
• Apply deep knowledge of SaaS / Adtech / Martech sales strategies and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute GTM plans.
• Drive growth with an obsession for key metrics across revenue, process, and systems.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering diversity, continuous learning, and growth mindsets.
