Clinical Director, Women's Justice Program and Substance Use Services

The Clinical Director's primary responsibility is to provide clinical direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality CCBHC mental health, substance use, and behavioral services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical environment and fostering a culture of excellence within the department of Women's Justice Programs (WJP) including Women in Recovery, Continuing Care, and Women's Justice Team and the Substance Use and Court / Jail Supported Programs including Specialty Courts, Adult Outpatient Substance Use, and Jail based programming.

Work collaboratively with program leadership to promote clinical excellence, ensure excellent clinical supervision and high documentation standards. The Clinical Director provides dynamic leadership and is responsible for developing an effective workforce, positive work environment, and promoting program growth and development. The position will supervise a staff of clinical supervisors and interns, to ensure the maintenance of high professional standards, quality services and responsible management service provision. Demonstrates knowledge of co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention, and appropriate evidence-based practices and interventions for justice involved individuals, families and groups.

Requires a Master's Degree in a mental health specialty. Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT with 5 years clinical experience. Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.

You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges.

Utilizing multi-disciplinary teams, staff work collaboratively to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery. Robust CCBHC services often result in better client outcomes and quality of care due to :

• Increased access to care and crisis services
• Expanded traditional community mental health and substance use services.
• Added Care Coordination and physical health screening for mental health clients
• Greater access to Social Services for clients' economic and social needs
• Increased specialized services for veterans, those most in need, and those impacted by the opioid crisis.
