Key Responsibilities
Manage analysts and contractors at the project level across the claims domain
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to support claims operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in the insurance or claims industry
Strong knowledge of claims processes and industry best practices
Experience managing requirements and documentation across large-scale initiatives
Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
