Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs

Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels

Mentor junior team members and support end-user training initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field; graduate degree is a plus

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a Project Management Organization

Experience in designing and implementing project management methodologies

Proficiency in multiple project methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile

Knowledge of healthcare workflows and understanding of HIPAA regulations is advantageous
