Job Responsibilities :

• Develop sales goals and strategies for the contract department, working with District Management to execute plans to meet targets.
• Identify and qualify targeted projects; foster local customer relationships to generate sales.
• Engage with industry associations and the customer community to enhance the Cosco brand in the market.
• Establish contact with prospects, qualify potential buyers, and follow up on leads using marketing strategies.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships through quotations, support, and resolving concerns.
• Ensure sales and project execution align with profit objectives.
• Create layouts, estimates, calculations, quotations, and proposals.
• Process proposals and contracts efficiently, providing necessary information to operations.
• Expand Cosco's customer base through outreach, including cold calling.
• Manage projects post-sale as needed.
• Estimate service work and small projects, including day-work.
