Salary : $20-25

Express Employment Professionals in Albertville are looking for a Trailer Finisher for our fast-growing company located in Litchfield, where we take pride in fostering a positive work culture. We are seeking dedicated candidates who have hands-on experience and are eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Hours are Monday -Thursday 6am - 3 : 30 and when busy could work OT on Fridays. Pay depends on your experience $20 - $25 / hr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install interior and exterior trim, panels, moldings, and hardware
  • Apply sealants, adhesives, and weatherproofing materials
  • Mount doors, windows, vents, and access panels
  • Perform touch-ups, sanding, and surface preparation as needed
  • Inspect trailers for cosmetic and functional quality before final sign-off
  • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure cohesive finishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.)
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Ability to read and follow build plans and finishing specifications
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
