Data Center Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Data Center Business Operations & New Demand Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Data Center Business Services, Operations & New Demand team, ensuring high performance and effective prioritization of tasks

Manage workflow through a ticketing system, ensuring timely delivery and visibility of tasks

Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational processes are aligned and executed efficiently, preventing project delays

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing teams in data center business operations or infrastructure project coordination

Strong experience with ticket management systems, including workload prioritization and tracking

Experience managing documentation related to contracts and approvals

Strategic thinker capable of balancing immediate execution with long-term scalability and risk management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred
