We are seeking a Product Analytics Strategist to drive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across digital product experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define analytics requirements, implement tracking solutions, and analyze user behavior across eCommerce and mobile platforms. You will translate complex data into clear insights, monitor KPIs, and contribute to optimizing the customer experience. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration skills to help guide product strategy and enhance performance. Accountabilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define analytics requirements for new features and digital enhancements.
- Translate business questions and measurement goals into detailed tracking plans, including event names, parameters, and data layer structures.
- Validate tracking implementations, troubleshoot data quality issues, and ensure accurate analytics across platforms.
- Analyze clickstream, transaction, and engagement data to identify opportunities for user experience improvements, market insights, and product enhancements.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workspaces to monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, retention, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to digital product teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with external vendors and agencies to measure the impact of experiments, A / B tests, and product changes.
- Contribute to the strategic development and optimization of the analytics tool stack, including platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and mobile instrumentation systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends in digital commerce, UX, personalization, and marketing technology to enhance analytical capabilities.
Requirements
BA / BS in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.3+ years of experience in analytics or development, preferably in digital product or eCommerce.Experience gathering business and technical requirements for analytics instrumentation.Ability to translate requirements into tracking plans, data layer specifications, and implementation documentation.Familiarity with tag management systems, SDK-based event tracking, and event taxonomy design.Understanding of eCommerce and mobile behavioral metrics (conversion funnels, retention, engagement).Hands-on experience validating analytics implementations and troubleshooting data quality issues.Knowledge of SQL for event-level data analysis; Python or other scripting languages is a plus.Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with product managers, engineers, and data teams.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with tag management systems like Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.Familiarity with agile development processes.Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Benefits
