Senior Product Manager, AI Quality

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager for AI Quality, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Atlassian’s vision for delivering quality AI products. Your focus will be on delivering superior quality experiences that underpin Atlassian’s AI-driven products and solutions. Key responsibilities include :

• Strategic Vision And Execution

Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for AI quality for your feature areas, clearly articulating the desired outcomes and the path to achieve them.

Partner with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements in AI quality.

Develop deep customer insights to pinpoint gaps in quality, proactively addressing issues to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Create compelling narratives and communicate progress effectively to customers, stakeholders, and the broader community, highlighting Atlassian’s advancements in search relevance and quality.

Qualifications
