About The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of next-generation infrastructure and platforms that support critical financial services. You will oversee engineering teams building distributed systems that power trading, risk, compliance, and client-facing applications at scale. This role requires both hands-on technical depth and strong leadership skills. You will work closely with product managers, quantitative researchers, and senior business leaders to deliver technology that drives measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead Engineering Teams : Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers working on complex financial systems.
• Deliver Mission-Critical Platforms : Oversee systems supporting trading, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring reliability and low latency.
• Define Technical Roadmaps : Shape medium- and long-term technical strategy for financial infrastructure and data platforms.
• Foster Engineering Excellence : Establish best practices in testing, deployment, observability, and secure software development.
• Partner with Stakeholders : Collaborate with product, risk, and business teams to align technical investments with strategic priorities.
• Drive Innovation : Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies in cloud, distributed computing, and AI / ML to improve platform performance and capabilities.
