Their emergency department is staffed by a dedicated team consisting of 1 Physician and 4 Family Practice and Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers.

Opportunity : NP / PA - Emergency Medicine

This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join the Emergency Medicine team. The position offers a supportive staff, motivated colleagues, and the chance to make a significant impact in a high-volume, team-oriented provider group.

Job Details :

• Part-time status (0.6 FTE) with $20,000 starting bonus (pro-rated to FTE)
• Coverage of emergency department for one 24-hour shift per week
• Independent work with collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Preference for candidates with 2+ years of practice experience in Emergency Medicine settings
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Provides healthcare to patients ranging from newborn to elderly
• Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention
• Works collaboratively with care team members to achieve objectives and provide continuity of patient care
• Requires high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's / Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies required
• Family Medicine and ER advanced practice experience required
• Current licensure, CPR certification, and national certification required

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
