Inventory Control Coordinator

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, your day is dynamic and rewarding! You kick off by reviewing inventory reports, ensuring everything is spot-on. You manage tasks like assigning parts to work orders, closing repair orders, and conducting cycle counts. You keep the inventory organized and the environment clean and safe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Part Allocation — Assists in the prompt assignment of parts to relevant work orders to ensure effective inventory tracking.
• Repair Order Verification — Assists shop leadership in the review of times charged to repair orders, ensuring that all charged times are accurate. Additionally, the incumbent will review the notes to identify important information, errors, etc.
• Repair Order Finalization — Assists in ensuring the timely closing of repair orders.
• Cycle Counts — Completes daily cycle counts of assigned inventory zones to maintain consistent excellence in inventory management. Moreover, researches and explains the loss of any inventory unaccounted for.
• Logistics Coordination — Prepares shipments to other locations and receives incoming inventory from vendors or other locations.
• Organization — Manages the organization of parts on shelves ensuring safe placement, easy identification, and maintenance of inventory systems.
