Messina Group seeks an EHS Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with our client based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a permanent opportunity offering comprehensive benefits and growth progression.

My client provides waste management services and is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead their health, safety, and environmental compliance programs. This role involves ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance (Cal / OSHA, EPA, DTSC, RCRA, etc.), and environmental stewardship in a hazardous waste / industrial environment.

Key highlights of the role :

• Leading safety and environmental compliance programs
• Managing regulatory relationships and inspections
• Developing and delivering bilingual safety training
• Overseeing workers' compensation and incident investigations
• Ensuring compliance with hazardous waste management regulations
