Assistant Controller

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to join their global finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead core operations including Billing, Collections, General Accounting, Revenue, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expense

Drive process excellence by implementing best practices and ensuring SOX compliance

Manage the global close process and collaborate with Regional Controllers for alignment across global operations

Required Qualifications

Eight or more years of experience in public accounting and / or corporate financial reporting

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial disclosure requirements

Exceptional leadership and people management skills

Operationally focused with a process improvement mindset

Proficient with large-scale ERP systems and advanced Excel
