CPA Licensed Global Controller

A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance

Develop scalable financial systems and processes to support rapid growth and automation

Manage compliance with regulations and partner with leadership on financial strategy and risk management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; active CPA license required

Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role

Experience in a late-stage private or publicly traded SaaS organization with IPO preparation history

Deep expertise in US GAAP, particularly in revenue recognition and international consolidation

Proficient in enterprise finance platforms and a strategic thinker regarding financial innovation
