Director of Nursing / Healthcare Administrator
Location : Flagstaff, AZ (On-site)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, Day Shift (Flexible between 7 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM or 8 : 30 AM-4 : 30 PM)
Type : Contract (minimum 3 months, with possible extension)

What You Will Do
Lead all nursing operations and clinical programs across the facility
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accrediting bodies and quality standards
Develop, implement and oversee nursing policies, protocols and performance metrics
Design and manage staffing plans, schedules, recruitment and professional development
Cultivate a culture of patient-centered, dignified care and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, social services, medical staff, administration)
Monitor clinical outcomes, identify opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance care quality
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license in Arizona (required)
Associate’s Degree in Nursing minimum; BSN or higher strongly preferred
Extensive experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) required
Previous leadership experience (DON, ADON, or equivalent)
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in skilled nursing and LTC settings
Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work autonomously, lead change and champion high standards
Role Details & Benefits
Hours per Week : 40
Shift : Day shift only, no weekends
Start Date : As soon as credentialed
Contract Duration : Minimum 3 months, with possibility of extension
