About the Role
Picture a workweek where one day you’re diagnosing a critical pump at a customer’s facility and the next you’re restoring rotating equipment on the shop floor. You’ll move seamlessly between in-house and onsite assignments, keeping operations running and customers confident.
A Day in the Life
- Start by reviewing scheduled work and any overnight emergencies requiring a quick, immediate response.
- Head to a customer site to inspect, evaluate, and repair industrial pumps and rotating equipment .
- Return to the shop to complete detailed evaluations and repairs on rotating machinery.
- Keep the workspace safe and clean by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Wrap up with the completion of all paperwork daily —clear documentation is part of the job.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the team and customer needs.
What You Bring
Related experience in an industrial setting or similar capacity.Ability to follow direction and work safely both independently and as part of a team.Professional, clear communication with customers while onsite.A clean driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical; comfortable operating larger non-DOT vehicles.Forklift operation capability.Hands-on skill with hand and power tools.Confidence using measuring tools such as rulers, tape measures, micrometers, calipers, and indicators.Willingness to travel for field service work and factory training.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary.Strength and stamina to lift 50 lbs regularly and to walk or stand for extended periods .Core Technical Proficiencies
