About the Role
Third Wave Systems (TWS), a global leader in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software for the aerospace, automotive, defense, and cutting tool industries, is seeking a Marketing Programs Lead to drive the execution and evolution of our marketing initiatives.
You’ll be the cornerstone of a small but mighty marketing function — coordinating campaigns, managing contractors, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing, product, and sales. You’ll bring structure, creativity, and momentum to projects that amplify our brand and generate measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do
- Own campaign delivery – Oversee and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, and events, ensuring brand consistency and timely execution.
- Manage marketing partners and vendors – Coordinate external specialists for design, paid ads, and content creation, keeping quality and timelines on track.
- Lead project execution – Translate strategy into actionable plans, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across contributors.
- Support content and communications – Edit or develop copy for emails, event pages, and campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Measure and report – Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and communicate impact to leadership.
- Strengthen collaboration – Partner with sales, product, and leadership to align marketing priorities with business goals.
- Continuously improve – Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance campaign performance, and evolve how marketing operates.
Preferred Experience
Experience working closely with a CEO founder in a fast-paced but small organization.B2B marketing or technology / industrial industry experience.Experience with the tools we use such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Notion, and WordPress.Experience planning tradeshows.Background in campaign management, marketing operations, or integrated program management.Comfort with data and performance metrics.Requirements

Compensation : $85,000–$105,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
